Here is how you can start a return/claim:

- Order number
- Email used for the order

Product Details
- Item number/SKU (for each item)
- Item name
- Quantity

Return/Claim Reason
Reason for return or description of the issue:
If this is a claim, please specify exactly which item number(s) is defective. Check your assembly instructions if unsure.

📸 Photos
Please attach clear photos showing:
- The issue or damage
- The full item
- The production label
- The packaging 

⏳ Once we receive your full information and photos, we will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition. You may examine the product just as you would in a store, but it must remain intact, including the packaging, so it can be resold. If the condition is not met, the right of return lapses.

Refunding the Purchase Costs

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will refund the full amount you paid for the product(s). However, if the product has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary, the depreciation will be deducted from your refund.

We will process the refund to the account provided on the return delivery note. The returned item(s) must be received and inspected before we issue a refund. This process may take up to 14 days.

Return Costs

• If you return your item via GLS, a fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund.
• If your item was delivered via Dachser, the return costs are €125, as the return requires pallet handling and truck pickup. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
• In any case, you are responsible for the return costs, and they will always be deducted from your refund. Unless it is a claim.

What to Include in Your Return Package?

• A copy of the invoice
• A completed return delivery note

Important: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
