Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

Hereinafter referred to as “FLEXA”.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 7 May 2026 and ends on Monday, 18 May 2026 at 23:59 CEST.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are resident in one of the countries where FLEXA sells and delivers through flexaworld.com.

Employees of FLEXA, their immediate family members, agencies, partners, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up to the FLEXA newsletter through the giveaway form on flexaworld.com during the giveaway period.

By entering, participants agree to:

• Sign up to receive marketing emails from FLEXA

• Be added to FLEXA’s newsletter flow

• Accept these Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Participants can unsubscribe from FLEXA newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. FLEXA’s customer information also states that newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Newsletter Consent

By signing up, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from FLEXA by email, including inspiration, product news, offers, campaigns and other marketing content.

Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link included in FLEXA’s newsletters.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of marketing emails sent before the consent was withdrawn.

6. Prize

One winner will receive a FLEXA product with a value of approximately:

DKK 3,999 / EUR 549

The prize is subject to availability. FLEXA reserves the right to replace the prize with another FLEXA product of equal or higher value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, refunded, transferred to another person or exchanged for other products.

7. Delivery of the Prize

FLEXA will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner, provided the winner is located in a country where FLEXA sells and delivers through flexaworld.com.

Delivery times may vary depending on the winner’s country, stock availability and local delivery conditions. FLEXA’s general customer information states that stock items are normally delivered within 3 to 8 working days.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random on Monday, 18 May 2026 from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.

The draw will be final, and no correspondence regarding the selection of the winner will be entered into.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted directly by email using the email address provided when signing up to the newsletter.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, FLEXA reserves the right to select a new winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

10. Personal Data

FLEXA will process participants’ personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway, selecting and contacting the winner, delivering the prize and sending newsletter marketing communications where consent has been provided.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with FLEXA’s Privacy Policy:

Participants have the right to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

11. Disqualification

FLEXA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false, incomplete or misleading information

• Attempts to manipulate or abuse the giveaway

• Enters multiple times using different email addresses

• Does not comply with these Giveaway Terms & Conditions

12. Changes or Cancellation

FLEXA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise that are outside FLEXA’s reasonable control, or if the giveaway cannot be carried out as planned.

13. Meta Disclaimer

This giveaway may be promoted through Meta advertising in Denmark.

The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway. Meta’s promotion guidance is commonly reflected in this type of disclaimer for giveaways promoted on Facebook or Instagram.

14. Governing Law

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes relating to the giveaway shall be settled by the courts of Denmark, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
