Customer service opening hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 4 pm CET+1
Friday: 9 am – 3 pm CET+1
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Due to Danish local holidays, our customer service desk is closed on the following dates in 2024: 1/1, 28/3, 29/3, 1/4, 9/5, 20/5, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12.
