Freight & Delivery

  • Stock items are delivered within 3 to 10 working days.
  • FLEXA delivers throughout the national territory, except for Corsica and French territories outside Europe.
  • All orders are dispatched either by postal parcel or carrier, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery Time

FLEXA aims to deliver all stock items within 3 to 10 working days, subject to local and national holidays. If an item is not in stock, the delivery time will be indicated on the item's page on our website and on the payment page. If, unexpectedly, we are unable to deliver as promised, you will receive an email from FLEXA informing you of the new estimated delivery time.

Shipping Costs

FLEXA delivers by postal parcel to a private address for €15 (free shipping for purchases over €149).

Smaller and lighter goods are sent by postal parcel to your private address and delivered on working days between 8:00 and 16:00. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel pick-up point.

The carrier will provide you with the parcel tracking number and further information on the expected delivery time.

Curbside Delivery €75 (free delivery for purchases over €999)

Heavier furniture and items are delivered to the curbside by a carrier. Items of a certain size and weight will be delivered on a pallet, for which the customer is responsible for disposal, as well as packaging.

It is not possible to have the order delivered inside or upstairs for an additional fee. The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery time.

Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery, the carrier will collect the order and call you to arrange a new delivery date. Please note that in the event of a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

Upon Receipt of Goods

When you receive your goods, check that the number of parcels is correct and that the packaging is not visibly damaged. If you receive fewer parcels than notified on the delivery note or if you receive a visibly damaged parcel, you must inform the carrier and ensure that this is noted on the transport document. You must sign with the carrier. In case of damaged packaging, please take photos of the parcel before unpacking. In case of errors, damages, and deficiencies regarding your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
