Caroline Jeg har købt en Flexa Nova Junior seng til min datter, men måtte stoppe med at samle halvvejs, da kvalitet og udseende slet ikke levede op til mine forventninger.
Allerede inden jeg begyndte at samle sengen, opdagede jeg, at der manglede fire skruer (C), og det ene stykke medfølgende værktøj (A) var i stykker og kunne ikke bruges. Det kunne jeg dog selv erstatte for at fortsætte.
Da jeg begyndte at samle sengen, var der desuden et hul, som ikke var boret ud (selvom det var angivet i anvisningerne), benene på sengen var meget lysere end resten af sengen og der var flere grimme sorte pletter i træet.
Alt i alt er jeg super skuffet og vil nu skille den ad og prøve at få mine penge retur - med alt det besvær det medfølger.
Desuden var Flexa på ingen måde behjælpelige og skyndte sig straks at sende aben videre til forhandleren (Unoliving), selv om de medgav, at det var dem, der havde pakket de mangelfulde dele.
